Full Moon Restorative Yoga & Reiki

Restorative yoga utilizes props to support you in passive poses that allow time and gravity to do the work for you. This practice gently stretches the body's muscles and facia and drops cortisol levels as the nervous system finds a deeper sense of inner peace. Each yogi will receive reiki at some point during class, if they so choose. The class is capped at 8 participants so each individual will approximately receive at least 8 minutes of energy healing.

Cathy will be guiding the yoga portion while Allison offers reiki.
