Reiki training at Sacred Practice Reiki Studio is intentionally different.
Instead of moving through a standardized curriculum in a large group, you will learn one-on-one with Allison in a private Reiki training experience shaped around your background, questions, goals, and the way you hope to use Reiki in your life and in your practice.
Whether you are beginning with Reiki for yourself, preparing to practice with others, or ready to deepen into the Master level, the goal is not simply to finish a course.
It is to leave knowing how to actually use what you have learned.

WHY PRIVATE REIKI TRAINING?
No two students arrive with the same experience, questions or reason for wanting to learn Reiki.
So why should everyone receive exactly the same training?
Sacred Practice Reiki Training is taught privately, giving you space to ask questions, explore the parts of the practice that matter most to you, and integrate what you are learning into your own life.Your experience may include personalized meditation, immersive practice, individual Reiki sessions, hands-on work with an experienced practitioner, and conversation centered around your intentions for the practice.
Because understanding the information and developing an embodied practice are not quite the same thing, Sacred Practice training intentionally combines education with experience.
That means you will have opportunities to receive Reiki and practice what you are learning.
You will still learn the foundations, history, and traditional techniques of Reiki.You will simply have more space to understand them.
WHO COMES TO TRAINING?

Some of our students want to incorporate Reiki into the work they already do professionally. Others are simply looking for a deeper personal practice. And some arrive having never experienced Reiki at all.
In fact, many Reiki Training applicants first discover Sacred Practice Reiki Studio because they are looking for more answers internally and have never previously received a Reiki session.
Allison has intentionally structured Level 1 to help students experience Reiki as part of learning what it is all about.
You do not need to have it all figured out before applying.
You just need to be ready to engage with the work.

Level 1 - Reiki for Self-Practice
Your foundation begins with you.
Level 1 introduces the history and foundational practices of Reiki while helping you develop a personal self-Reiki practice you can continue using outside the studio.

Meet Your Reiki Master
Sacred Practice was created by me, Allison Satkowski, in 2021 as a place where Reiki, yoga, sound, and mindfulness could be practiced with depth without feeling performative, intimidating, or one-size-fits-all.
What I love about teaching Reiki training is the opportunity to create change for yourself and others.
I intentionally designed each course curriculum to include personalized meditations, immersive experiences, integrative reiki sessions, time to practice with an experienced practitioner, and discussion centered on your questions and intentions for the practice. You will also learn all the standard information, such as reiki history, traditional techniques, and symbols.
At the end of the training, you will have the skills, knowledge, and confidence to build your own personal or professional practice customized to you.

02. CONNECT WITH YOUR REIKI MASTER ALLISON
After reviewing your application, Allison will connect with you to discuss the training, answer questions, and talk about how the experience can be tailored to you.
03. PLAN YOUR TRAINING
If it feels like the right fit, you and Allison will determine the appropriate level and next steps for scheduling your individualized training.
