Welcome to Sacred Practice Reiki Studio ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using this website, booking services, or purchasing classes, workshops, memberships, or products, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this website.
1. Services
Sacred Practice offers wellness services including, but not limited to:
Reiki trainings
Reiki sessions
Yoga classes
Meditation
Sound healing
Workshops
Special events
All services are intended to support general wellness, health, and personal growth.

2. Booking & Payment
Appointments and events may be reserved through our website.
Appointments require a $25 deposit and the remaining balance will be paid after the provided service.  Payment for events is required in advance and the pricing may vary.  For donation based classes it is recommended that you sign up prior to class but walk-ins are welcome.  Donations are encouraged but not required.  A typically donation is $10-25.
Monthly VIP membership subscriptions will automatically be charged to your card on file and can be canceled at any time.
Prices are subject to change without notice.

Reiki Training initial deposits are required to schedule Reiki Training sessions.  Once training has begun, your deposit is non-refundable.  Failure to schedule your Reiki Training sessions and/or start your training within a month of your initial Reiki Training deposit also renders your deposit as non-refundable.  The timing remaining payment(s) will be communicated via email, once sessions have been scheduled.

3. Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling for appointments and events.
Late cancellations or no-shows may not be eligible for a refund of appointment deposit or event ticket.
Workshops and special events may have separate cancellation policies, which will be stated during registration.

4. Health Disclaimer
Our services are complementary wellness practices that support your health.
However, they are not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace medical or mental care from a physician or professional and qualified medical provider.
You are responsible for consulting your physician or qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical concerns you choose to seek diagnosis and treatment for.

5. Participation
You agree to participate responsibly and inform your instructor or practitioner of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, or limitations before participating.
You are responsible for listening to your body and modifying activities as needed.

6. Liability
Participation in wellness services involves inherent risks.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sacred Practice Reiki Studio and its owners, employees, contractors, and instructors shall not be liable for injuries, damages, or losses arising from your participation or use of this website.
Separate participant liability waivers may also be required before receiving services.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including text, graphics, photographs, videos, logos, branding, course materials, downloads, and educational content—is the property of Sacred Practice Reiki Studio unless otherwise noted.
Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission unless it is being used for educational purposes for the greater good.

8. Website Use
You agree not to:
misuse this website
interfere with website security
attempt unauthorized access
upload malicious software
use website content for unlawful purposes

9. Third-Party Services
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or booking platforms.
We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.

10. Privacy
Any personal information collected through this website is governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using this website, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in that policy.

11. Changes
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Changes become effective immediately upon posting.
Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any revisions.

12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri without regard to conflict of law principles.
