Service Description

Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that uses light touch and hovering to ease the nervous system which begins this session along with a brief progressive relaxation and some essential oils if so desired. Reiki has also been known to help lower blood pressure, reduce stress, and ease pain as the nervous system relaxes. In this relaxed state, the singing bowls are mindfully played on and off the body to help shift the brainwaves into a more meditative state. When the brainwaves shift, processing difficult emotions, establishing supportive thought patterns, and creative thinking are more easeful. Unlike a massage you are fully clothed during the session to restore a sense of wellness to the mind, body, and spirit.
